  2BEC series water ring vacuum pump and compressor are products developed by our company in combination with advanced technology of imported products. This product is not only energy efficient, but also ideal for long-term, continuous operation.

  Operating under rough vacuum, the working conditions of the water ring pump are often extremely demanding. The 2BEC series has been designed with sufficient consideration to be able to pump 2BEC for use with a variety of drive units, such as belt drives, gearboxes, synchronous motors, and inverters. In addition, in order to save space, a series operation mode driven by one motor can be used, and up to four pumps can be operated in series at the same time.

  When equipped with an intermediate partition, the left and right parts of the 2BEC can each operate at different degrees of vacuum. As long as the suction pressure difference between the two parts is less than 80KPa, the 2BEC vacuum pump can be used as two independent vacuum pumps, which further enhances the operational flexibility of the 2BEC vacuum pump.

  The main features of the 2BEC series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors produced by our company are as follows:

  ■ There are large inspection ports on both sides of the pump cover, which can be used to check the clearance, corrosion and fouling.

  ■ 2BEC vacuum pump has reserved the top and side suction and exhaust flanges at the same time, and has the same caliber. The on-site installation is more flexible and convenient.

  ■The bearings are all imported bearings, which ensures the accurate positioning of the impeller of 2BEC vacuum pump and high stability during operation.

  ■The impeller material is all made of ductile iron casting or steel plate and stainless steel plate welding, which fully guarantees the stability of 2BEC vacuum pump impeller under various severe working conditions and greatly improves the service life of 2BEC vacuum pump.

  ■The pump body is made of steel plate or stainless steel plate, which improves the service life of 2BEC vacuum pump.

  ■ The bushing of 2BEC vacuum pump is used as a vulnerable part. The factory is made of stainless steel, which is 5 times longer than ordinary materials.

  ■The pulley (belt drive) adopts the calibrated high-precision taper pulley, which is reliable in operation, long in belt life and easy to disassemble.

  ■Unique top-mounted gas water separator saves space and reduces noise.

  ■The castings are all made of resin sand and the surface quality is good. The surface of the casting does not need to be greasy, so the heat dissipation effect of the 2BEC vacuum pump is good.

  ■All mechanical seals (optional) are imported, which fully guarantees that the 2BEC series vacuum pump has no leakage during long-term operation.
