ZJ series Roots vacuum pump
ZJ series Roots vacuum pump is a volumetric vacuum pump, also known as mechanical booster pump. It is one of the main pumping equipments for medium and high vacuum. Its working principle is similar to that of Roots blower. It uses two 8-shaped shapes. The rotation in the pump casing is synchronized to complete the suction and exhaust.
For the chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry and other industries need to remove a large amount of water vapor and solvent technology, our company has improved the sealing structure of ZJ series Roots vacuum pump pump chamber and bearing cavity, greatly reducing the oil emulsification phenomenon in the bearing cavity and gear cavity. The ZJ series Roots vacuum pump is more suitable for mixing a large amount of water vapor and solvent with a water ring vacuum pump.

♦ Cannot be used alone, the foreline pump must be configured. It is not allowed to start at atmospheric pressure until the foreline pump draws the Roots pump inlet pressure to the allowable inlet pressure. The foreline pump is generally a water ring type vacuum pump, an oil ring type vacuum pump, an oil seal type mechanical pump, and the like.

Note: The ultimate pressure values listed in the above table are the ultimate pressure measured when the Roots vacuum pump is equipped with a rotary vane vacuum pump or a slide vacuum pump with a suitable pumping rate as the foreline pump, such as a water ring vacuum pump or an oil ring vacuum pump.
