Overview:
2BV series water ring vacuum pumps are suitable for pumping gas and water vapor, and the suction pressure can reach 33mbar absolute (97% vacuum). When the water ring vacuum pump in the suction pressure close to the limit vacuum (saturated vapor pressure of the working fluid) under long-term work, should be connected to the cavitation protection tube to protect the pump. When used as a compressor, its maximum pressure to 0.26MPa (absolute pressure). As a new generation of energy-saving products, 2BV series water ring vacuum pumps will fully replace SK and 2SK series water ring vacuum pumps and W, WY and WL series reciprocating vacuum pumps with the same performance with excellent performance and many advantages.
2BV2-EX, 2BV6 series water ring vacuum pump/compressor is mainly used for pumping in addition to explosive gas, and in all kinds of flammable, explosive environment, its performance parameters and 2BV2, 2BV5 series the same.

Note: 1. The energy parameters in the above table are obtained under the condition that the suction medium is 20°C saturated air, the working fluid temperature is 15°C, and the exhaust pressure is 1013mbar. The allowable performance difference is ± 10%.
2. The flow rate of working fluid listed in the table is the working fluid meteor required for the circulation of some working fluid with gas-water separator. If the working fluid is not recycled, the actual required flow rate of working fluid is about 2 times of the flow rate in the table.
