JZJ2B series Roots water ring vacuum unit is based on Roots pump as the main pump, with water ring pump as the front pump in series. Roots water ring vacuum unit uses water ring pump as the front pump is more advantageous than other vacuum pumps. It overcomes the ultimate pressure difference when using a single water ring pump (the ultimate pressure of the unit is greatly improved than that of the water ring pump), and the disadvantage of low pumping rate under certain pressure, while retaining the advantages of Roots pump that can work quickly and have a larger pumping rate. In particular, it can be adapted to pump out a large amount of condensable steam, especially when the gas ballast oil seal mechanical vacuum pump has insufficient ability to remove condensable steam, or the solvent used can deteriorate the pump oil and affect the performance, or the vacuum system does not allow oil pollution. When equipped with explosion-proof motor and electrical appliances and comply with the appropriate safety rules, but also to remove flammable and explosive gases.

Note: 1. The above table is a series of recommended standards. Due to different working conditions in actual production and application, many changes will occur in inhaled gas and pressure. Therefore, the selection should be checked and calculated according to the actual pumping process, gas release process, condensation of condensable gas, time change of inhaled pressure, etc. or the selection should be made according to the usage of existing equipment.

3. The maximum suction pressure refers to the maximum pressure that the main pump can start. If it runs for a long time above this pressure, the main pump will be overloaded.
