2BEC series water ring vacuum pump and compressor, is my company combined with imported products advanced technology, research and development of products. The product is not only energy efficient, but also very suitable for long-term, continuous operation.
Running under rough vacuum, the working conditions of water ring pumps are often extremely harsh. 2BEC series products in the design has been fully taken into account that it must be able to pump 2BEC can be used with a variety of driving devices, such as belt drive, gearbox, synchronous motor, frequency converter, etc. In addition, in order to save space, it can also be driven by a motor in series operation, and up to four pumps can be operated in series at the same time.
When equipped with a middle spacer plate, the left and right parts of the 2BEC can be operated under different vacuum degrees. As long as the suction pressure difference between the two parts is less than 80KPa, a 2BEC vacuum pump can be used as two independent vacuum pumps, which further improves the operation flexibility of the 2BEC vacuum pump.
The main features of the 2BEC series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors produced by our company are as follows:
■ There are large inspection ports on both sides of the pump cover, through which clearance, corrosion and fouling can be checked.
■ 2BEC vacuum pump at the same time reserved at the top and side of the suction and exhaust flange, and has the same caliber, on-site installation is more flexible and convenient.
■ bearings are all imported bearings, to ensure the precise positioning of the 2BEC vacuum pump impeller and high stability during operation.
■ The impeller material is all made of ductile iron casting or steel plate or stainless steel plate welding, which fully guarantees the stability of the 2BEC vacuum pump impeller under various harsh working conditions, and greatly improves the service life of the 2BEC vacuum pump.
■ The pump body is made of steel plate or stainless steel plate, which improves the service life of 2BEC vacuum pump.
■ 2BEC vacuum pump shaft sleeve as suffering from easily damaged parts, the factory all made of stainless steel, than ordinary material life increased by 5 times.
■ The pulley (belt drive) adopts calibrated high-precision taper sleeve pulley, which is reliable in operation, long belt life and easy to disassemble.
■ The unique upper air-water separator saves space and effectively reduces noise.
■ All castings are made of resin sand casting with good surface quality. The surface of the casting does not need to be greasy, which makes the heat dissipation effect of 2BEC vacuum pump better.
■ All mechanical seals (optional parts) are imported to fully ensure that 2BEC series vacuum pumps have no leakage during long-term operation.

Note: The motor power selected above can work under most working conditions. If the exhaust port pressure is high (gauge pressure 0.02-0.05MPa), the motor power should be increased accordingly. If the shaft power corresponding to the actual working pressure of 2BEC vacuum pump is small, the motor power close to the shaft power can also be selected, thus saving more energy.
