Applications and Features:
The 2BE3 series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are products developed by our company based on advanced technologies from imported products. These products are not only highly efficient and energy-saving, but also very suitable for long-term, continuous operation. Under rough vacuum conditions, the operating conditions of water ring pumps are often extremely harsh. The 2BE3 series products are designed to be capable of pumping. The 2BE3 can be used with a variety of drive devices, such as belt drives, gearboxes, synchronous motors, and variable frequency speed regulators. In addition, to save space, a series operation driven by a single motor can be adopted, and up to four pumps can be connected in series simultaneously. When equipped with an intermediate partition, the left and right parts of the 2BE3 can operate at different vacuum degrees. As long as the intake pressure difference between these two parts is less than 80 KPa, a single 2BE3 vacuum pump can be used as two independent vacuum pumps, which further improves the operational flexibility of the 2BE3 vacuum pump.
The main structural features of the 2BE3 series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors produced by our company are as follows:
■ Large inspection ports are provided on both sides of the pump cover, allowing for inspection of clearances, corrosion, and fouling.
■ The 2BE3 vacuum pump is pre-equipped with top and side suction and exhaust flanges of the same diameter during manufacturing, making on-site installation more flexible and convenient.
■ All bearings are original imported bearings, ensuring precise positioning of the 2BE3 vacuum pump impeller and high stability during operation.
■ The impeller material is all made of ductile iron casting or steel plate/stainless steel plate welding, fully ensuring the stability of the 2BE3 vacuum pump impeller under various harsh working conditions, and greatly improving the service life of the 2BE3 vacuum pump.
■ The pump body is all made of steel plate or stainless steel plate, improving the service life of the 2BE3 vacuum pump.
■ The shaft sleeve, as the most easily damaged part of the 2BE3 vacuum pump, is made of stainless steel in our factory, increasing its lifespan by 5 times compared to ordinary materials.
■ The pulley (belt drive) adopts a calibrated high-precision tapered bushing pulley, which is reliable in operation, has a long belt life, and is easy to disassemble.
■ The unique top-mounted gas-liquid separator saves space and effectively reduces noise.
■ All castings are made using resin sand casting, resulting in a good surface quality. No polishing is needed on the casting surface, ensuring optimal heat dissipation for the 2BE3 vacuum pump.
■ Mechanical seals (optional) are all imported parts, fully ensuring that the 2BE3 series vacuum pumps operate without leakage during long-term operation.

Note: The selected motor power above can work under most working conditions. If the exhaust pressure is high (gauge pressure 0.02-0.05 MPa), the motor power should be increased accordingly; if the shaft power corresponding to the actual 2BEC vacuum pump working pressure is smaller, a motor power close to the shaft power can also be selected, which can be more energy-saving.
