2BEA series of water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are highly efficient and energy-saving products developed by our factory in combination with advanced technology of imported products.
This series of pumps is a single-stage single-acting structure, which has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance, reliable operation, high efficiency and energy saving. Compared with the SK, 2SK and SZ series water ring vacuum pumps widely used in China, they have significant advantages such as high vacuum, low power consumption and reliable operation. They are ideal replacement products for SK, 2SK and SZ series water ring vacuum pumps.
The main features of the 2BEA series of water ring vacuum pumps and compressors produced by our factory are as follows:
The bearings are all imported bearings to ensure the precise positioning of the impeller of the 2BEA vacuum pump and high stability during operation.
■ The impeller material is all made of ductile iron casting or steel plate welding, which fully guarantees the stability of the vacuum pump impeller under various harsh conditions and greatly improves the service life of the 2BEA vacuum pump.
■ The pump body is all made of steel plate, which improves the service life of 2BEA vacuum pump.
■ 2BEA vacuum pump shaft sleeve as the most vulnerable parts, the factory all made of high chromium stainless steel, than ordinary material life increased by 5 times.
■ The belt pulley (belt drive) adopts standard high-precision taper sleeve belt pulley, which is easy to run, easy to disassemble and has long belt service life.
■ coupling (direct drive) using standard high strength elastic coupling, elastic components using polyurethane material, stable and reliable operation, long service life.
■ The unique upper air-water separator saves space and effectively reduces noise.
■ All castings are cast with resin sand, with good surface quality. The casting surface does not need to be greasy, so that the 2BEA vacuum pump has the best heat dissipation effect.
■ All mechanical seals (optional parts) adopt inlet parts to fully ensure that 2BEA series vacuum pumps have no leakage during long-term operation.
■ The inner wall of the pump body is approximately elliptical to ensure the best pumping effect.

Note: The motor power selected above can work under most working conditions. If the exhaust port pressure is high (gauge pressure 0.02-0.05MPa), the motor power should be increased accordingly; if the actual 2BEA vacuum pump working pressure corresponding to the shaft power is small, the motor power close to the shaft power can also be selected, which can be more energy-saving.
