2BEA series water ring vacuum pump and compressor
Uses and features:
2BEA series water ring vacuum pump and compressor are high-efficiency and energy-saving products developed by our factory in combination with advanced technology of imported products.
This series of pumps is a single-stage single-acting structure, which has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance, reliable operation, high efficiency and energy saving. Compared with the SK, 2SK and SZ series water ring vacuum pumps widely used in China, they have the advantages of high vacuum, low power consumption and reliable operation. They are ideal substitutes for SK, 2SK and SZ series water ring vacuum pumps.
The main features of the 2BEA series water ring vacuum pump and compressor structure produced by our factory are as follows:
■All bearings are imported bearings, which ensures the precise positioning of the impeller of 2BEA vacuum pump and high stability during operation.
■The impeller material is all made of ductile iron casting or steel plate welding, which fully guarantees the stability of the vacuum pump impeller under various severe working conditions and greatly improves the service life of the 2BEA vacuum pump.
■The pump body is made of steel plate, which improves the service life of 2BEA vacuum pump.
■ The bushing of 2BEA vacuum pump is the most vulnerable part. Our factory is made of high-chromium stainless steel, which is 5 times longer than ordinary materials.
■The pulley (belt drive) adopts the standard high-precision taper pulley, which can be operated with ease, easy to disassemble and long service life of the belt.
■Coupling (direct transmission) adopts standard high-strength elastic coupling, and the elastic component is made of polyurethane material, which is stable and reliable in operation and long in service life.
■Unique top-mounted gas water separator saves space and reduces noise.
■The castings are all made of resin sand and the surface quality is good. The surface of the casting does not need to be greasy, so the 2BEA vacuum pump has the best heat dissipation effect.
■The mechanical seals (optional) are all imported, which fully guarantees that the 2BEA series vacuum pump has no leakage during long-term operation.
■The inner wall of the pump adopts an elliptical profile to ensure the best pumping effect.

Note: The motor power selected above can work under most conditions. If the pressure of the exhaust port is high (gauge pressure 0.02-0.05MPa), the motor power should be increased accordingly; if the actual 2BEA vacuum pump's working pressure corresponds to a smaller shaft power, the motor power close to the shaft power can also be selected. More energy efficient.
