Oil Selection of Vacuum Pump Group
A vacuum pump group is a device that creates, improves and maintains a vacuum in an enclosed space by various methods. A vacuum pump group may be defined as a device or apparatus that uses mechanical, physical, chemical or physico-chemical methods to pump the pumped containers to obtain a vacuum. With the development of vacuum applications, a variety of vacuum pump sets have been developed, and the pumping speed has increased from tens of liters per second to hundreds of thousands and millions of liters per second. According to the working principle of the vacuum pump group, the vacuum pump group can basically be divided into two types, namely gas delivery pump and gas collection pump. With the application of vacuum technology in the field of production and scientific research on its application pressure range requirements are getting higher and higher, most of the vacuum pump group system composed of several vacuum pumps need to jointly suction air to meet the requirements of production and scientific research process. For the convenience of use and the needs of various vacuum processes, various vacuum pump groups are sometimes combined according to their performance requirements to apply as a unit.
In recent years, China's vacuum technology has advanced by leaps and bounds, and internationally renowned large companies have entered China. Such as Germany, Britain, France, Japan and other well-known brands of vacuum acquisition equipment and complete sets of vacuum equipment. It has entered the Chinese market in the fields of electric vacuum industry, vacuum metallurgy, vacuum coating, distillation industry, food industry and aerospace science and technology. The vacuum series oil used in conjunction with it has also poured into the market accordingly, so after the introduction of multinational equipment, it is urgent to choose the right vacuum oil.
There are some problems in the reasonable selection of vacuum pump group and oil. In addition, the oil is emulsified in water, the vacuum degree drops, and the oil must be changed frequently; the temperature rises, the vacuum degree drops, and it cannot work continuously; the water pump temperature is low in winter and it is difficult to start; the pump temperature is high in summer and the oil coke motor burns out; in the production commissioning stage, the pump factory will be troubled by the extreme vacuum of the pump and fail to reach the standard many times. The working principle of the vacuum pump group is to use mechanical methods to continuously increase or decrease the working chamber of the pump. When the volume of the working chamber becomes the minimum, it is connected with the intake pipe of the vacuum pump group, and the gas enters the gradually expanding working chamber space; when the volume of the working chamber expands, it is separated from the intake pipe, so that the volume valve is opened, and the compressed gas is discharged through the oil layer.
