Make sure that the anchor bolts of the pump are not loose, put the circulating cooling water of the cooler into use, and ensure that the return water is smooth. Slowly open the pump outlet valve, open 1/3 valve position, rotate the trolley, and then check the flange for leakage.

2. Unit water injection This pump is a closed circulation system. The supplementary water of this system is cooled by the water of the steam-water separator and then injected into the pump body again. Before opening the water ring vacuum pump, open the water injection valve of the steam-water separator and inject water into the pump body. When the three drain plugs at the bottom of the pump encounter water, screw on the drain plugs and close the water injection valve of the steam-water separator. Stop the water injection in the pump so that the water in the pump is just above the drain plug.

1. Close the valve on the intake pipe, and then open the water supply gate valve. Supply water to the water ring vacuum pump. When liquid flows out of the automatic drain valve, close the inlet gate valve and turn on the motor.

2. Open the inlet gate valve.

3. When no water flows out of the automatic drain valve, start the motor and the water ring vacuum pump starts to run. At the same time, open the water supply gate valve to make the pointer of the inlet vacuum pressure gauge close to 0Mpa (gauge pressure means no vacuum). When the suction pressure of the water ring vacuum pump decreases, the pointer moves to a negative value (reading between 0 and -0.003 MPa) (vacuum is generated).

4. If the pumped gas is flammable, explosive, toxic or recyclable, the sealing liquid level of the circulating gas-water separator should be adjusted so that the liquid level is in the middle of the liquid level gauge to prevent gas leakage.

3. adjustment

1. Confirmation and adjustment after starting: confirm that the pump flow and pressure are normal and stable, the pump vibration is normal, the external temperature of the bearing box is not more than 70 ℃, whether there is leakage, the cooling water temperature and pressure are normal, the motor current is normal, and the motor vibration sound is normal.
